Privacy Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

At "uppercase CC" ("CC"), owned by CUNO COVO, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you share when you use our website.

When you create an account or interact with CC, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any content you choose to share, including comments, likes, saves, and other user-generated content.

We may collect location information if you choose to share it. We do not collect precise location data unless you explicitly enable location sharing through your browser or account settings. We may also automatically collect technical information such as cookies, IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

The Anonymous feature allows Creatives to post and interact without attaching their identity. Content posted is anonymous to other users, but not to CC. If content is flagged for abuse, harassment, violations of our community focus, or other breaches of our Community Guidelines, we may access and retain limited technical or account-level information to enforce our policies, maintain platform safety, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations. This includes responding to valid legal requests or court orders that seek to identify a user in connection with illegal or defamatory activity. We may also review content and related account-level information when necessary to apply moderation decisions, including considering context and patterns of behavior.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the platform, respond to requests, analyze usage trends, enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines, and comply with legal obligations.

Requests must be submitted from the email address associated with the account, and we may require verification before processing. Upon verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account within thirty (30) days. You may request deletion of your account by contacting hello@uppercase.cc

After account deletion, personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials will be deleted or anonymized. Content you posted may remain on the platform in an irreversibly anonymized form and will no longer be associated with your account or personal identifiers.

We may retain limited information as permitted or required by law, including IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, timestamps, and records related to abuse reports, fraud prevention, security, enforcement of community standards (including the removal of non-industry related content), or legal obligations. We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and community standards.

We do not sell personal information. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request access to personal information, request deletion, or request details about how data is used.

CC uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and understand how users interact with the platform, including analytics tools to improve user experience. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser or device settings, though some features may be affected.

We may share personal information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including authentication providers, analytics services, hosting providers, customer support tools, and payment processors. These providers may use personal information only as necessary to perform services for CC.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encryption and secure servers, but no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. By using CC, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
