Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

By accessing or using "uppercase CC" ("CC"), owned by CUNO COVO, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which govern your use of the platform and outline our expectations for participation. CC is intended for users located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Access to CC is granted at our discretion based on eligibility criteria, including U.S.-based contact verification and professional creative activity primarily serving the United States market. Access decisions are not guaranteed and may be modified or revoked at any time. Account deletion is available upon request as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain any rights you may have in the text you submit to CC. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the platform. This license remains in effect only while the content is available on the platform and is subject to anonymization or removal as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Anonymous feature allows you to post and interact without publicly linking your identity. Content shared in this section is not publicly connected to your account. Anonymity applies only between users and does not apply to us as a service operator. We operate a privacy-first system with encryption and restricted internal access; however, we may retain and access limited technical or account-level information when necessary to operate the platform, enforce Community Guidelines, maintain platform security, or comply with legal obligations. You are still required to follow our Community Guidelines and may not post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or offensive, or outside the industry-specific scope of the platform. Content that is framed as personal experience or opinion is permitted, but you may not present unverified claims or allegations as fact, encourage harassment or pile-ons, or misuse the platform to target individuals or businesses. Promotion for personal or commercial gain, including affiliate links, referral codes, or content intended to drive traffic or sales, is not permitted.

You are solely responsible for the content you post on CC and for ensuring that it complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content. All content is provided for discussion and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, professional, medical, or business advice. You acknowledge that you rely on any content shared on CC at your own discretion and risk.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if we determine that your behavior violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, strays from the platform's focus on the wedding industry, or harms the community. Enforcement actions may be taken at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without any obligation to provide explanations or appeals.

All rights, title, and interest in CC-including its name, design, logo, features, and any points, referral systems, or incentive mechanics- belong to us. You may not copy, distribute, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written permission. We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If we make changes, we'll update the effective date at the top. By continuing to use CC, you agree to the updated Terms.

CC is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts with proper jurisdiction, and by using CC, you agree to their jurisdiction.
